Red Light Therapy. What's the Hype??

Red Light Therapy has been a popular “health tool” individuals have become more aware of recently and I think it's for good reason. Exposure to red light can benefit our health in many different ways, even ways that we may not necessarily know we need.

 

Whether you're getting red light exposure from the morning or evening sun or getting it's healing benefits from a RLT panel, both can be incredible tools to help you achieve better health and, believe it or not, weight loss (or positive weight gain)!!!

 

Exposure to direct red light, for even just 5 minutes a day, can:

  • Reduce inflammation

  • Improve mitochondrial health

  • Boost immune system

  • Balance out master hormones: cortisol, melatonin, ghrelin, and leptin

  • Improve sleep

  • Increase energy

  • Enhance mood

If you're one that has a hard time getting outside during sunrise or sunset, utilizing a red light therapy panel can be an excellent alternative. 

 


 

During these long, cold, winter months, I have loved utilizing my RLT panel along with being outside and watching the sunrise each morning!

I have felt more immediate results from just 5 minutes of being outside and watching the sunrise or 5 minutes doing RLT than almost anything else! I promise once you make this part of your daily routine you'll wonder why you didn't start utilizing RLT more often!
